The Story: Get to know, Zens and Echoes
Zens and Echoes candles are more than just a source of light, they are an experience that inspires romance, nostalgia, poetry, and intimacy. Each scent is carefully curated to transport you to a moment in time, to evoke memories and emotions, to create an atmosphere that ignites your senses and connects you with your loved ones of your past, present and future. Whether you are looking to rekindle old flames or spark new ones, our candles are the perfect companion for those intimate moments. Zens and Echoes was founded with a simple mission: Our mission is to help people create moments of love, connection, and intimacy through our candles. We believe that our sense of smell is intimately linked to our emotions and memories, and that the right scent can transport us to a place of tranquility, passion, or nostalgia. Our candles are carefully crafted to inspire these emotions and to enhance the atmosphere of any space. I believe in the power of creating memorable moments, and strive to help people find pockets of peace, love, and connection through my candles.
While some people have been fortunate enough to quickly realize their passion at a young age, I have only identified a few areas of interest that I truly enjoy. Among them, writing and smell goods have been the most consistent. Perhaps it's because both can captivate one's senses, convey a narrative, elicit an emotional response or evoke a sense of nostalgia. You may find me in the aisles of department stores where I tend to lose myself in the diverse scents of home fragrances. Other times you can spot me at the back of a spoken word poetry club, sipping wine and admiring the performers from afar, too timid to take the stage myself. My dream is to expand my candle line, creating more scents and products that embody my innermost thoughts, feelings, interests; hopefully inspiring others to find their own place and passion.
If I'm the reason
“You know you always skip over your part in this”
No, you just hate that your actions left a trail
I’m wise enough to admit I hurt you too.
Dismissed your feelings because you let your insecurities dent our trust
Believed the words of people who wanted your place and not the truth in your face.
Too young for the weight, we parted and filled voids
Yet ran back to our saving grace.
The Abyss
...and so, the poet fell in love once again.
Each time plummeting further, deeper.
But to be loved by a poet is to be loved endlessly
So, she loved unapologetically
At times painfully
Though never regretfully
